Isn’t It Grand
Isn’t it Grand?
Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa has been designated as the first Sheraton Grand resort in North America. It is welcomed to the new premier tier of exceptional hotels recognized as a heritage resort that offers a true escape and is exemplary in every way, including in architecture, amenities and personal service.
Now known as Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, it joins 24 other worldwide properties of Sheraton Grand. Dave Marr, Global Brand Leader for Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, said, “Sheraton Grand celebrates the brand’s best-in-class hotels, each hand-selected based on a specific list of criteria ranging from sophisticated design and sought after destinations, to unrivaled standards of service and impressive hotel amenities. We are very proud to recognize the exemplary hotel offering for both guests and the local community as Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass and welcome them to this premier tier.”
The resort’s signature restaurant, Kai, is among the top 26 restaurants in the nation. It is the only AAA Five-Diamond/Forbes Five-Star dining experience in Arizona and it has historically achieved that designation for nine consecutive years. The resort also features 36 holes of Troon Golf, the Aji Spa and onsite Koli Equestrian Center.
Bunty Ahamed, General Manager of Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass said, “This recognition affirms the passion, talent and commitment of our team toward luxury and quality.”
Awards and global recognition are nothing new for our flagship site. Whirlwind, the resort’s amazing 36-hole Championship golf courses, has been twice named as Troon Golf’s “Facility of the Year” in 2004 and 2011. Whirlwind is the only Troon Golf facility to have won their most prestigious award twice.
Wild Horse Pass has been Bird Golf’s flagship site https://www.birdgolf.com/c-locations/phoenix-at-the-wigwam-resort/ for eleven years, and is the perfect destination for your golf school.
